Do I need to create an account to shop with you

Setting up an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us, and will give you benefits such as order tracking, regular newsletters, and (our favorite bit) exclusive discounts and special offers.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

You can change the shipping address if your order has not been shipped, please send an email to our customer service to fix it. Please make sure the shipping address is in your PayPal account, as we should ship to the PayPal address.

What if an item is missing from my order or receive an incorrect item?

If you found any item is missing in your order or received an incorrect item, please contact our customer service. We will arrange a re-delivery of your order then as soon as we can.

How to check your order

Once your payment has been approved, you can check any of your order status updates in account on our website.

How to cancel my order

You can cancel your order even the payment has been made, within 24 hours as you wish. Just send an email to our customer service with order #, reason. The customer service will cancel and make a refund.

I have just placed an order, can I amend it?

I am afraid you are unable to amend a paid order. If you want to amend an order, you will need to cancel the existing order first then place a new order again.

Does the photo of the item have chromatic aberration?
